Returns & Shipping Costs

• Customers who need to return a product must contact us at info@vilaasalifestyle.com. They must bear the shipping expenses independently and will lose the initial shipping payment. When you receive your refund, the costs for delivery will be subtracted from the final amount.

• The delivery of important returns requires trackable shipping or insurance protections, which we offer, but we cannot provide a warranty for the item receipt. The time needed to deliver exchanged items depends on the distance between customers.

• The return policy permits customers to return unused items that maintain their original packaging within seven days.
