Returns and Exchanges for Women’s Leather Bags

  • If the purchased women’s bags are unused and in their original packaging, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Once an order for premium leather bags has been shipped and processed, it cannot be canceled.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellations can be processed via your dashboard or by contacting customer support within 24 hours.

Return Process for Women’s Bags

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

  • To initiate a return for your women's leather bags, contact customer service for authorization and shipping details.

  • Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Refund Policy 

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the order.

  • Refunds for damaged or defective women’s bags will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days, and it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded—refunds are only applicable to regular-priced women’s leather bags.

  • Domestic orders of premium leather bags are delivered within 3 to 7 business days, while international orders take 7 to 21 business days, depending on location, customs clearance, and courier service factors.

  • Carrier delays may occur due to weather conditions or operational issues. However, tracking details will be provided for all shipments.

Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your credit card provider or bank.

              • In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
              • The product will be returned with their tags and with all the box content in it.
              Warranty
              • We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
